BLESSED SACRAMENT. The Sacrament in which Christ Himself, true God and true Man, is really present, under the appearance of bread and wine. The Blessed Sacrament is Holy Mass, Holy Communion, and the Real Presence of Jesus in the consecrated host (bread) and wine.
